Angelo Spadaro

Tax Lawyer

Angelo Spadaro completed his degree in fiscal economics at the University of Amsterdam. His dissertation covered the innovation box tax regime. He joined VMW Taxand in September 2010 after having worked as senior tax compliance manager at Baker & McKenzie, Amsterdam for more than 8 years where he was involved in the implementation of different tax incentive projects, such as the innovation box.

Angelo specialises in personal and corporate income tax focussing on the distinction between the computation of profit in the corporate statutory accounts and the computation of fiscal profit. Furthermore, he has extensive knowledge of group taxation, dividend tax and participation exemption.

He assists private individuals, shareholders, SME’s and large multinational corporations in the broadest possible way. His economic and business administration background makes him a good discussion partner for finance managers and CFO’s.

Angelo is a member of the Netherlands Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (NOB)) and is affiliated with Tax Study and Documentation Centre (Fiscaal Studie en Documentatie Centrum (FSDC))
