Annemiek Vermeijden

Attorney at law/ Senior associate

Annemiek read law and completed her degree in Dutch Law focusing on law of obligations, liability and company law at the University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She graduated in 2001 and directly after obtaining her degree, she conducted her practice as an attorney-at-law at VMW Taxand (Van Mens & Wisselink at that time).

Annemiek works nationally and internationally in corporate law and commercial litigation, focusing on commercial contracts, SMEs and family owned companies. She heads the “MKB-desk” of Van Mens & Wisselink in which she, together with the other members, advises and litigates for SMEs and family owned companies. 

Furthermore, Annemiek lectures on a regular basis at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam and the SRA, the Dutch organization of registered accountants. Annemiek is a member of NAI (Dutch Arbitration Institution).
