Diederik van Noorloos

Diederik graduated in 2001 in Dutch Civil Law focusing on Company Law, Public Law and Tax law at the University of Utrecht. In 2003 he graduated in Tax law (LL.M) at the University of Amsterdam. Diederik joined Arthur Andersen (currently part of Deloitte) in 2000 as a tax trainee and continued his practice as a tax lawyer in 2001 with the law firm VMW Taxand (Van Mens & Wisselink at that time).

Diederik has wide experience concerning corporate tax law focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations, tax structures regarding real estate investments, due diligences, income tax and remuneration issues, structuring succession of privately held companies, estate planning and dispute resolution with the Dutch tax authorities including Litigation.
