Kim Mulder

Attorney at law

Kim graduated from the University of Groningen in 2005, specializing in Criminal Law and Civil Law. In 2006 she was admitted to the Dutch Bar and commenced working for Van Mens en Wisselink. She joined the Criminal and Administrative Law Group of VMW Taxand in June 2011.

Kim's field of expertise is administrative law, with specific emphasis on health and pharmaceutical law, spatial planning and environmental law, as well as government liability law.

Kim is a member of the Young Bar Association of Amsterdam, the Dutch Association of Administrative Law (VAR) and the Association of Pharmacy and Law (VFenR).
