Till studied Dutch law at the University of Groningen. He worked as a company lawyer with the ING Bank in Amsterdam from 1987 to 1991. After this, he worked as a lawyer with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam. In 1995 he changed offices to Dirkzwager Advocaten in Nijmegen and Arnhem where he was appointed partner in 1999.

Till has been a partner with VMW Taxand since early 2008. He works for the corporate law section and predominantly at the German Desk within that section.

Till was born and raised in Berlin. In 1996 he also obtained the title of German “Rechtsanwalt”. Since then, he has been registered with the Frankfurter Rechtsanwaltskammer. On the basis of the legal expertise he has acquired in Dutch and German corporate law, he often advises medium large to large companies which operate on the Dutch-German market about mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and financing, amongst other things.

Till acts as an adviser in large Dutch-German projects including Airport Weeze and the partnership between the University Hospital Maastricht (azM) and the University Hospital Aken (UKA).

Till also advises hospitals and other care institutions in the field of public law, corporate law and liability law.

He regularly teaches in the subject of corporate law to entrepreneurs and accountants at the SRA (training institute for accountants) and is a member of the Dutch-German Lawyers Association.
