Mohamed Bouallouch

Mohamed graduated in Private Law and Civil Notary Law at the University of Utrecht (both cum laude). He has obtained a degree in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam. Mohamed joined VMW Taxand in 2000, he specialises in domestic and international taxation with a special focus on the health care and the financial market. He counsels on mergers and acquisitions, management and leveraged buy outs, reorganizations, financial products and structured finance transactions and relocation of corporations. He also regularly represents clients in tax controversy work, including litigation. 

Mohamed regularly publishes on taxation in law journals.
