Pieter completed his degree in Dutch Law with a focus on company law at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands, in 2008. During his study he worked as an intern at Loyens & Loeff and NautaDutilh. He joined VMW Taxand and was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2009. He conducts his practice as an attorney-at-law and focuses on mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and corporate litigation.
