Aron read law and completed his degree in Dutch Law focusing on intellectual property and company law at the University of Leiden, the Netherlands. He graduated in 1998 and from 1999 to present Aron conducts his practice as an attorney-at-law in Amsterdam. Aron joined VMW Taxand (Van Mens & Wisselink at that time) early 2004.

Aron works nationally and internationally in intellectual property law, IT law and commercial litigation. 

Aron lectures Dutch procedural civil law at the Netherlands Bar Association (NOvA) and copyright law at the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Utrecht. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and he publishes on a regular basis. Aron is a member of VIE, AIPPI, VvA and DRI Europe.
