Jian-Cheng graduated in Tax Law as well as Fiscal Economics at the University of Amsterdam in 2005. In April 2005 he joined Baker & McKenzie in Amsterdam, where he specialised in international tax law with emphasis on transfer pricing as a tax adviser. In October 2007 he joined VMW Taxand. His practice area is much broader now, but the emphasis is still on international taxation. At VMW Taxand Jian-Cheng has become attorney-at-law. Recent experience includes: transfer pricing design, documentation and implementation, concluding APA's with Dutch tax authorities and tax planning and restructuring.

Jian-Cheng is a member of the Netherlands Bar Association (NOVA) and the Netherlands Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
