Continuation of the Business by the Insolvency Receiver.

On 2 December 2011 the Dutch association of insolvency practitioners INSOLAD celebrates its twentieth anniversary. To commemorate this event, at Kluwer Publishers a volume has been published under the title ‘Continuation of the Business by the Insolvency Receiver’. Georg van Daal of VMW Taxand contributed to this volume with an article titled ‘The Curator’s Clogs. Multiple Offers on the Estate’, discussing how the insolvency receiver should handle the sale of the business of the insolvent estate.
