Publication Gaming Law Review and Economics

Ayolt Zoer and Frank Tolboom, both part of VMW Taxand's gaming practice group, have been asked to contribute to the Gaming Law Review and Economics.

The Gaming Law Review is the only authoritative Journal covering traditional land-based, Internet, and wireless gaming law in one of the fastest growing economic leisure industries. The Journal provides the latest developments in legislative, regulatory and judicial decisions affecting gaming at both the state and federal level in the U.S. and in more than 75 countries

Their article on a groundbreaking Dutch judgment de-classifying poker as a game of chance is expected to be published later this year.
