Publication Georg van Daal in Securities and the Law of Property

In the volume "Securities and the Law of Property", recently published as Volume 63 in the authoritative series Corporation and Law Georg van Daal published an article titled 'Recourse on Bearer Shares' (published in Dutch). In this article Georg van Daal describes the particularities that play their very own role, when a creditor seeks recourse for claims by way of attaching bearer shares. Besides that, Georg argues that this subject is less academic than it seems at first sight, since imminent changes in the corporate laws of both the Netherlands and the European Union justify the expectation that bearer shares will in the foreseeable future play a larger role than at present.
