Real Estate Tax team joins VMW Taxand

As of June 1st 2010, with the arrival of the tax lawyers Henk de Graaf and Jean-Baptiste Garcia, VMW Taxand now has an all round team of real estate specialists.
Henk has over 11 years of real estate tax experience obtained with the real estate tax practices of Andersen, Deloitte and, for the past 4 years, PwC and has obtained the Master of Real Estate degree besides his tax law degrees. Jean-Baptiste has spent the past 6 years working as a real estate tax advisor in the same team as Henk with Deloitte and PwC and has spent one year working as a real estate tax advisor in New York.

Henk and Jean-Baptiste's expertise consists of tax advice with respect to Dutch and international transactions, development, fund structuring, investment reviews, (re)financing but also tax advice in the infrastructure and hospitality arena. A special area of interest is also transfer pricing in real estate.

With the arrival of Henk and Jean-Baptiste VMW Taxand expands the full scope legal and tax proposition for clients in the real estate sector. They are an integral part of the real estate service line of the international Taxand network of which VMW Taxand is the Dutch office.
