Taxand Conference Berlin

The Taxand Global conference in Berlin, held 14 through 16 April 2010 was well attended by VMW Taxand and their business relations who included Prologis, Nike and Tomtom.

Taxand Global Conference 2010 – a new era in tax planning. Taxand’s view that the business community is facing a new era in the tax planning field was expressed during the opening of the conference. Given that governments all over the world are now focussing on tax due to huge financial deficits, sound tax management is crucial. Taxand presented an overview of the most important tax issues that multinationals have to deal with today and in the future.

In addition to the 250 Taxanders, the conference was attended by more than 125 clients. Complex tax issues, information and an amicable atmosphere were combined during the plenary sessions, client meetings and closing dinner.

Next Generation Taxanders

The conference was preceded by the yearly “Next Generation Taxanders Event”. This conference was created to grant the next generation Taxanders the opportunity to get to know each other during workshops and social events.

The 2011 Taxand Global Conference will be held in Paris.
